The commune has 25 kms of cross-country skiing trails, principally towards the Col de Prat de Bouc (Plomb du Cantal)
You can hire equipment (skis, toboggans, snowshoes) at the ski centre in the village of Le Ché
(Nordic skiing area of the High Planèze – http://www.cantal-nature.com),
or in the town reception centre.

- Walking and hiking: there are 40 kms of waymarked walking trails enabling visitors
to discover the wealth of the commune's heritage, such as its bread-ovens, farmsteads, crosses etc…
The GR4, a long-distance walker's path linking Aubusson and Saint-Flour, passes through the commune.
Walkers can stay for the night at the stopover gîte in the town.
